WHAT ALL DCH EMPLOYEES NEED TO KNOW DURING A HURRICANE EVACUATION

  1. Employees should know who will be staying at the hospital and who will be returning after the storm.
  2. Employees staying at the hospital should make arrangements for their families prior to reporting to the hospital.
  3. All employees should keep their hospital badge with them; it will need to be presented to be allowed into the area and hospital.
  4. Employees leaving the city should provide their supervisor with contact numbers (i.e a relative/friend out of the strike zone that can relay messages if necessary, phone number where they will be staying, etc.)
  5. If employees leave the city they should monitor the DCH web page www.dchalerts.com for information.
